Today is Monday. It won't be Tuesday until tomorrow.

My back hurt yesterday after the endurance race. Just like after most hard races on the cross bike. Only this race was three hours long. I felt good though, I kept my pace even for the whole time and was satisfied with how I rode. I think I need to get someone to look at my back though. Even when I've been working on core strength, the lower back hurts after some real hard rides. I think I'm crooked. My arms aren't quite the same length because of broken collarbones, and hats and sunglasses never sit perfectly on my noggin.

We went to the 'Supreme Fighting Challenge' Saturday at the beatiful Belle-Clair Fairgrounds. 10 fights. Only one of those fights went into the second round. At least 6 guys got KO'd, that's as much as I can remeber. One fight lasted 8 seconds. One kick to the leg followed by three rapidfire punches to the face will knock your ass out. The tickets were free, so I had to go. It was either that or take free tickets to the Styx/Foreigner concert. I think I made the right choice.

"Supreme Fighting Challenge"? Is that along the same lines as Ultimate Fighting Champion?

That must have been the best Sunday on record, if you attended that??

He still wants the frame for sure. He's just slow. I'll tell him to get in touch with you.
